August is set to be a huge month for Tool fans, with the band announcing their catalogue will be available on streaming services this week and revealing the title of their fifth full-length ahead of its release on August 30.

Via Instagram and Twitter, the band states, “This Friday, Aug 2nd, the Tool catalog (sic) goes up on all digital and streaming formats. High five.”

Tool also says their new album is called ‘Fear Inoculum’ and that “Album art, lead track, and pre-order info TBA. Thank you for your patience.”

It is presumed that their four current LPs and one EP will be on Spotify and Apple Music at the very least.

The news follows the band’s recent logo change, which has moved from the fluid typeface to an art deco style.

Maynard James Keenan touched on some of this when he appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast today (Monday, Los Angeles time).
